At Yoto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is as effortless as wearing our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email and tracking link once your return is processed at our warehouse.
